Hunt for the Whroo October: Nigel Aylott 24hr Victorian Rogaining Championships, Including a 6hr & Roving 15hr (12-13 October 2024)

As competitors in the 6/ and Roving 15hr, as well as the VIc Champs events will agree, this event was a great way to complete a fun year of fair weather rogaining. Congratulations to our winners Paul Monk and Alaster Meehan, true champions of Victorian rogaining. We all enjoyed the pleasant dry conditions and friendly camping at the Hash House. Paula and Steve Horton won both their 15hr and the 24hr in the Mixed Ultravet section, showing that you don’t need to stay out all night to do extremely well. Look forward to more opportunities next year to try the Roving 15hr format.
