DETAILS:
A 2x6hr rogaine at Glenluce, south of Castlemaine, with the course area including part of the Upper Loddon State Forest and Castlemaine Digging Natural Heritage Park.

The Equipment Manager is responsible for collecting the necessary equipment from storage, coordinate the assembly and pull down and return it back to storage at the end of event. (see Equipment Manager Position Description for details)
Provide Assistance to the Equipment Manager
Responsible for pre-event queries and managing the Administration of the event on the day. (see Admin Manager Position Description for details)
The Navlight Manager is Responsible for the distribution of the Navlight Tags and then the scoring of the event as participants return (see Navlight Manager Position Description for details)
The Catering Coordinator is responsible for managing the purchase and preparation of additional catering for the event.
Responsible First-aider for the event (see First Aid Position Description for details)
Responsible for driving the safety route multiple times during the event and ensuring water at the water drop points have sufficient supplies for the event.
The backbone of Rogaining - helping Admin, Navlight and Catering in various roles to make sure the event runs smoothly.
Responsible for Coordinating the event to ensure that everything runs smoothly both prior and during the event. This position will always be filled well in advance of the event. (see Event Coordinator Position Description for details)
Responsible for Setting the event (see Course Setter Position Description for details)
Responsible for creating the map for the event (see Map Maker Position Description for details)
After the course had been set, the Vetters are responsible for validating the position of all of the controls match both the description and the map location using just a map and compass. (see Course Setter Position Description for details)
After the course had been set and vetted, the Checkpoint Placers are responsible for placing the controls in the days leading up to the event. (see Checkpoint Placer Position Description for details)
