Refund Policy

If you need to withdraw from an event before entries close please process a Team Change. Withdraw all, or some, team members. This will trigger the refund process. If you need to withdraw after entries close, contact the email address given on the event page.

Refunds are paid as follows:

  • Withdrawal prior to entries Closing Date: full refund
  • Withdrawal after Closing Date, but prior to event date: no refund
  • Withdrawal on the event day: no refund

If we cancel an event we will pay a full refund. Reasons for us to cancel include: forecast of extreme weather in the event area or Covid-19 restrictions.
