UPDATED 7 May. The Annual General Meeting of the Victorian Rogaining Association will be held via Zoom on Thursday 30 May at 7:30pm. A Zoom link to the meeting will be advertised on our website, on Facebook, and will be emailed to members via Mailchimp.
The business of the AGM will be as follows:
(a) to confirm the minutes of the previous AGM;
(b) to receive and consider—
(i) the annual report of the Committee on the activities of the Association during the preceding financial year; and
(ii) the financial statements of the Association for the preceding financial year, submitted by the Committee in accordance with Part 7 of the Act, and;
(c) to elect the members of the Committee.
Please take the trouble to attend this meeting. It is your chance to have your say and, if you are passionate about the management of your organisation, and want to make a difference, then why not nominate for a role on the team. For ideas on how you might like to contribute, take a look at the roles listed on the website here, although help from anyone who cares about rogaining and is willing to pitch in would be appreciated.
