CBDgaine (2 March 2025)

With a record attendance, this years CBD event was an amazing way to start the year. Starting in the beautiful Treasury gardens and taking in so many of Melbourne’s parks, buildings and laneways, there was plenty to see and do for the new and experienced rogainer alike.

A massive thanks to our event setters Evelyn and Andrew Nossel as well as our small army of volunteers that made the event run smoothly. Thanks to Claire Luxford, Eli Lewis, Grant Jeffrey, Mai Tran, Marcelle Gannon, Monica Raphael, Nick Somes, Peter Chen, Phil Giddings, Steve Gelsi and all the others that lent a hand both on the day and behind the scenes before the event

Congratulations to Matthew Layton and Xander Greenhalgh who managed an impressive 3700 points to take the win! An honourable mention for Karen Robinson, Greg Robinson, and Gayle Cowling who got the exact same score as our winners but were a few minutes behind!. Our top three teams were:-
